The Divine Purpose

So, maybe writing down what i eat, and what i do each day, with my thoughts and what not could help me lose weight? who knows. but i think i'll try it.

lets see so far...
cinnamon toast crunch for breakfast
a ham and cheese on wheat sandwich for lunch
glass of apple juice
for it being 2:30, i'm doing good.
